The hotel had a perfect location for exploring Bilbao, and our spacious Superior Triple Room accommodated my family plus our three dogs comfortably. We loved having a coffee machine in the room. Plus, the quick access to local shops and tapas bars was fantastic!

My wife says that the pet fees came as a surprise. A more straightforward pet policy would help families with pets.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, which was a huge plus. I loved the modern bathroom amenities and the quality toiletries—they made the stay feel a bit luxe. The bedding was super comfy. Only downside? I really would’ve liked some complimentary water to start off my stay.

The Superior Double Room was spacious, and I really enjoyed the cozy seating area with a nice view. After a long day, I loved relaxing at the rooftop terrace and taking advantage of the hot tub. The only downside was the room could get a bit stuffy at times, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! The rooms were of a decent size, super clean, and the staff was always ready to help us out. It's right next to great places for tapas, and we caught some fantastic views from the nearby spot. Parking was a breeze too, just a short walk away!

I would have loved to have complimentary coffee or tea in the room. It meant some extra trips to the lobby, which would've been unnecessary.
